First time poster, long time lurker…
Was in Coles the other day and saw this for $10! Got myself actually two coz I've never seen them so cheap. They actually scanned for the regular price ($21.35) but when I pointed out to the sale tag on the rack, they had no issues to sell them for $10 each. Now, I'm not sure if it's everywhere or just my local Coles (Tuggeranong, ACT).

It's voluntary, so not enforceable unless the particular store has a sign up, of course, in which case they should honour it.
:) I knew Coles had that policy in place (I actually benefitted from it once!) but was just happy to get them for $10 each.
Saw (and bought) this at my local Coles last week so definitely is at (some) other stores.
