How do they compare with my Sorny hw-5mx1000?

  • How is Sony not suing them.

    • Why would they?

      • It's almost identical to the WH-1000XM4.

        • it also has similarities to the Bose QC35 etc

  • what a joke! hahahaha!

On the third picture it proudly states that it has a "3.5mm earhpone jock" as well as "Active noise concellation control".

I honestly have no idea how Kogan is still in business. There are so many better options in budget electronics and it’s never been easier to buy them from Amazon, AliExpress etc.

Is it older people who fall for Kogan’s marketing and think their stuff is some how special?

Same applies to Aldi. I just don’t get it.

    • Kogan Mobile is the only thing I pay for from Kogan

    • At least Aldi stuff are actually cheap and they don't treated you like criminals.

You ever notice Coles and woolworths in trouble now because they pay little to farmer and charge crazy price to customers?

      • -1

Aldi stuff is cheap, yes. Just like the home brands at ColesWorth are cheap. It’s just marketing.

The good thing about ColesWorth is I can buy home brand stuff for most stuff and treat myself for other things I’m more fussy about. Everything is in one store.

    • Don’t you know “aussie support aussie business”? 😂

      • -1

Buying Kogan resold imported crap isn’t really supporting “aussie”.

If there was an Australian alternative that didn’t suck I’d support them. But Kogan doesn’t get a free pass simply because they happened to be Australian.

    • because people keep buying cheap crap like this https://www.ozbargain.com.au/node/672976
I don't know why but I guess they think it will make them happy.

comments such as "only 3 hours battery life" in something big enough to fit a bigger battery and "speaker quality is bad but it looks funny".

I think usually this kind of stuff is so cheap (max $20) so people who buy it also probably don't think it's super important to spend time to get a refund forget about it and rather buy another cheap item to make them happy instead.

    • I always fall for Aldi's special. Their cheap jackets survive 4 winters. Never I see winter jacket for $20 anywhere else

      • That’s fair

    Please dont.
Doesnt matter how good the spec, picture, and price.
You will still regret buying kogan branded item.

Personal experience: These are terrible. I have the black ones and they snapped at the middle through normal use in the first few days. I used to have a pair of the EC-65 II which was significantly better quality and lasted me 2 years. NOT WORTH THE DEAL
