  1. This is a brand new Boost sim card. PORTING YOUR EXISTING NUMBER TO BOOST:

 You can request to port your number to Boost when activating the SIM. Before porting the number, contact your current service provider to confirm personal details. Make sure your Name and Date of Birth registered with the number are 100% correct, including spaces. Ask to update your details if anything is incorrect. Once confirmed, provide the exact details to Boost to initiate the porting. Some carriers will send you an SMS to authorize the porting request, so ensure the current SIM is inserted until the service is disconnected.

Telstra users need to contact Boost first before porting their number. We tend to ship out the item the one business day if the purchase is made Mon-Fri, by Australia Post. TERMS OF SALE All the things we sell come under warranty unless stated otherwise in the listing.

    • There are no specific time requirements even you can do that next day.

    • Best to wait at least 24 hours. While it may look like you can start using Vodafone soon after your initial porting request, the entire porting isn't fully completed. If you rush the port back and it seems stuck, you could end up need to talk to both Voda and Telstra (which does all the services for Boost) porting teams.

      • Currently with Boost and thinking of using Lebara to port over and port back for the Boost deal. Do you know the minimum ballpark time I'd have to be ported over to Lebara before I can port back successfully to Boost?

    • Yes, that's fine. Done that a couple of times. There used to an issue porting from Telstra to Boost (and Boost to Telstra) which needed a blank SIM (rather than a SIM in the starter kit). I think even that issue is resolved (not sure though).

  • @Telcobiz Just want to confirm, on these SIM pack, the expiry date is 2024-08-06 right? The annoying / dumb thing with Boost / Telstra prepaid kits is the expiry date is the date when the SIM can no longer be activated so the SIM must be activated before the expiry date written on the pack.

    Bought one on 7th May with standard shipping, still not received on 14th May. No confirmation email, only confirmation order number. called the company no one pick up, email noreply. Protential fraud. I will comment back if I hear more.

      You sent an email today at 11.40 am.
      And sent an other email at 12:34 that you have received your order. so its just one hour window that we were not able to get back to you. Phone calls sometime dealing person is busy in an other call so that can be the case.
      Please check your email junk folder because sometimes email are delivered in junk/spam as well.

    Hi,
    if you activate by 05/08/2024 you will get 10GB Bonus data thats the only reason to activate by this date otherwise after that date standard data 160GB unless the Bonus data offer is extended.
