Seems like a good price, I bought mine for around $979 in late 2022. Others are selling for $850+.

Buy spares from Aliexpress, I bought an extra dustbin, extra rollers, mop pads, filters and side brushes. The extra dustbin is good because it lets you swap them out instantly when one is full and needs a wash.

Bought the same unit back in Black Friday sale in 2021 for $997, still going strong
One thing I notice is the Auto-Empty feature is not always working as suction power is not enough (and the dust blocked from auto-emptying)
a small hack on block 1 side of the exit fixed this issue
there's a youtube hack on how to do this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=nH0Z9P9FcZY

Thanks littlesoldier. I get this exact problem with my deebot cleaning up after my two dogs. I'll definitely employ this little sticky tape hack with my dust bins now. Silly that I haven't looked into this sooner.

I have the T9+, I would never buy an ecovacs product again, the app is annoying and full of ads, so many issues with my robot, it's been sent off twice already and now when mopping it slows to a crawl and support have no idea why

The same thing happened to me. Get a WD40 bottle with the straw attached and spray into the 3 little shafts that connect the motor and the moving mopping plate (see pic https://ibb.co/GdPnt3D). It's just dust and debris that cause friction overtime so you need to lubricate it.

    • Same mine has been repaired twice and now out of warranty and the mopping attachment no longer works.
      Wouldnt recommend
