A post for a $2159 for a vacuum cleaner is pretty wild for a website called ozbargain

Haha true but if someone wants this exact model then this is the best deal we've seen in the one week since it landed on our shores :) I bought it from JB on Friday and this wasn't even listed on GGC yet.

We want to pay less than normal prices on the more expensive stuff, its not just about cheap stuff.

    • +1

a thing bought or offered for sale much more cheaply than is usual or expected.

"the table was a real bargain"

    • +1

Not just a vacuum cleaner but a robot vacuum cleaner.

    Will wait for further reduction

  • Could buy two ps5 pros 😅

  • Still waiting on Roborock Q Revo Curv releasing in Q1. Ranked #1 on Vacuumwars

The Edge is the same vacuum with a curvy base station rather than a edgey one. Exact same performance otherwise. Only difference is in the base station shape and the Edge has slightly larger tanks due to the lack of curves.

Go to Roborock and select "Qrevo Curv" and "Qrevo Edge" and "Qrevo Master" and have a look at the comparison.

      Edge is #1 now

  • Shows $1977 to me, maybe discounted further now.

    • It might depend what you are accessing TGGC through. I'm Origin Energy customer and still seeing the posted price.

    • Lendlease employees. Must be different deals through different associations with TGGC.

    • It's $2032 in WA.
I believe the pricing differences are more related to shipping costs from primary warehouses.

So annoying how almost everything is always more expensive here because of the "isolation" factor. Yet a lot of the time even locally produced things also have price tickets jacked up because "mining boom" or "cost of living" etc.

With that said $2032 is still the cheapest I've seen it. Shame TGGC doesn't take discounted GCs!

They are also doing the Dreame L10s Pro Ultra for $1197, which from alot of reviews seems to be a better performer generally.

    • Does it handle edge ?

      • has edge mopping. Doesnt look like it has an extended side brush.

  • Is that a way to register as a Commercial membership :( I am looking to buy it but do not have membership yet. Thanks

    • You can use this page for what gives you access to TGG Commercial and JB Business. It's not a think you can directly register for though.THeyh are usually rewards programs and employee benefits of other places.

    • Yep I ignored the person comparing it to the Dream L10s haha. They are uninformed but after the seeing some the comments on this listing I also didn’t feel like engaging heh.

If someone knows what the Edge is and wants one, this post will help alert them to the lowest price available currently. If someone coming here doesn’t understand what the Edge is then they don’t need one anyway.

For full info, I’m in for the Edge particularly because I want its low maintenance handling of constant dog hair. Other models get wrapped and tangled around brush. That’s why I’ve waited 6 months to get my first robo vac. This price was acceptable to me for its level of performance.
