These are the new “mid - range premium” headphones from Sony. Launching under their new brand: Sony ULT. This range brings back old school Sony sound with heavy bass.

These would sit right under their flagship Sony XM5, with almost all the same features but cheaper build quality means they can cut cost.

  Be wary of this, I tried to order them and the order didn’t ship for a week and when I contacted them they told me amazon germany had marked it as “unfulfillable”. They recommended I cancel and order again, which I have, but they also said they same thing might happen again and are investigating.

  I suspect there has been an error offering this for shipment to Australia, when actually they don’t.

    they told me the same thing when I ordered my ergotron LX arm for cheap from amazon uk a few years ago.

    delivery estimate date is 10 days from order date. keep pressing them on this and that you have been waiting for it to ship. don't bother cancelling reordering etc unless it's a lower price and you are willing to wait another 10 days from order date.

    with my ergotron arm I just kept pressing them and they shipped it. I even watched it go in and out of stock which was frustrating (seemed like they were prioritising people who paid more after me) but I refused to cancel my original order and kept pressing them about the delivery estimate.

    it arrived a few days late but they will ship. if it helps I had a 2nd item exactly the same situation and it shipped without doing anything.

      I think maybe the issue is ordering through amazon australia where I have prime membership, and it’s coming from amazon.de where I don’t. I’ve cancelled and ordered direct through amazon.de where I can actually talk to their customer service. Because otherwise I’m dealing with AU customer service and they don’t seem to communicate well with amazon germany.

      Works out as an extra $40, so $288 vs $248, but that’s still a lot cheaper than anywhere else.

        ok just an update. I ordered this too and experiencing the same thing. I think it's for this item specifically or it's because it's from germany (my previous amazon uk orders had no problems).

        the day it was supposed to arrive has passed and it shows no tracking.
