Can do through desktop site. Go to Reward Activity, click on the cashback and contact support in bottom left.

Yeah there were quite a few ShopBack deals but not everyone have both CR and SB. I haven't joined SB yet due to the many bad reviews of tracking issues.

I forgot how it works, do you choose port now then activate as a new number once the sim arrives to stop the sim being pre-activated, or is it set at the time of purchase? All my numbers are already on amaysim 😑

Choosing a new number assigns the new number to the sim but it's not activated. You have to activate it after you receive the sim by mail.

Someone dropped the ball at CR/Amaysim. Should have been $26 CB for $40 or $16 CB for $15 but ended up with wording of $26 for $15.
