      They're basically comparing the quality of cameras that exceed $1000 to this $200 thing, of course you're going to find flaws.

      With that all said and done, it's way better than any phone camera and this is very small, so it's not much of a space burden to carry.

      Can't be sure they are Australian to provide a GST tax invoice so you can claim TRS for $300+, also no Sony Australia Warranty if so.
