Worth considering from this notice:

Liquidation is likely to mean that the Godfreys companies will not be in a position to satisfy or pay any claims made on them by customers relying upon their Australian Consumer Law consumer guarantees.

The Administrators will now commence a progressive wind-down of Godfreys’ operations. This process is expected to take a number of weeks, with an expected closure date of June 2024.
