Opened my app and found this in the promotions section. No promotion code given, which is why I think it is a targeted offer. I am in VIC.

• $35 minimum order
• Alcohol or other regulated items may not be eligible for this promotion

This offer is for $15 off your order from participating restaurants via the Uber Eats app if you are an Uber One member in Australia, and it you order at least $35 (excluding fees and and may exclude other discounts) (Offer). Delivery Fee applies on orders under $20 (excluding Pickup orders). Service Fee applies to orders delivered by Uber Eats and is based on order value (before promotion or discount). Other fees may apply.

To redeem this offer, be an existing Uber One member (or sign up to Uber One if you are not an existing member), open the Uber Eats app and add 1 or more items to your cart totalling at least $20 (excluding fees and and may exclude other discounts) and place your order. You may redeem this Offer once at a participating merchant.

An amount of $15 will be deducted from your total order value as a promotion at checkout. Maximum of $15 off order value applies. $15 off does not apply to fees.

To accept this Offer, you must successfully complete an order redeeming the Offer in accordance with these terms. Offer available until 11:59PM AEST 18/04/2024 in Australia where the Uber Eats app is available. Limited to intended users only.       You may have claimed the deal, if so, check out promotions. Or you can try and order from an eligible restaurant and when you goto checkout see if the deal deducts the amount of your promi from the total.

    Looks like ubereats have patched the glitch where the full price of discounted items activates these codes

    That may be the end of ubereats for me, that was the only real way to get value out of it
