Nah, compared to ball bearings - they are generally quieter but they do have a shorter life span.
They're cheap to make so they'll be in your cheaper PSUs.
I wouldn't worry that much about it.

The thermaltake site says this has a FDB fan, and the PSU spreadsheet seems to indicate that the OEM is Jiazhou not HKC.

If you're running a 4090 you should really look at getting the 1200w GF3 which has 600W 12VHPWR instead of 450W
never realized how bad the 4090 20ms spikes are
