    IE and Firefox works … chrome freezes. Must also uncheck "remove scripts" and check Encrypt url and allow cookies

        while using the proxy page, i searched for RUSE, it comes up with RUSE + DLC as the first option, it is 9.99. I applied the code, it was 0.00

          You should have it immediately at the confirmation page, but once you got the above notice, you will have 2 options, got email after 1 or 2 hours, or never receive email (same to me) because when you purchase game at ubi, it always shows the code after completing payment.

          yes as it is a 'download now' purchase they normal give you the link and the key immediately … then email you the same info in 10-15min.

          same - I tired 3 times through different accounts [even localised adresses and names] and proxies to get RUSE and each time was only give the processing message - the coupon was marked as used - but no email yet. I wouldn't hold my breath - seems they got smarter.

          But not nice enough to actually tell you what's going on. Seriously if you go to 'Help' to check your account the only way you can look up an order is to have the order number [you know the one they don't email you]

          It sounds like it's the proxy. Make sure that Remove Scripts is unticked because i was getting the same payment authorisation failed at first and found out that Remove Scripts was needed to be unticked so just make sure it's unticked. Try this proxy it works i just used it to order a few games.

    Are you meant to create the account using the proxy as well? It's just that I can't click the register button using that proxy or any other proxy I tried. I can only make a new account without a proxy and then signing in with the proxy.

    I also just get "Thank you for your order. Your order is being processed and you will be notified of the result shortly." for "Zeit 2" and "Mad Drivers". No emails recieved yet.

        Are you sure about that? I ordered 2x Mad Riders keys almost 24 hours ago but still haven't received one. I did receive 2 order confirmation emails a short time later however no serial #'s were listed.

      Do not worry, the downloader could be whatever languages but the game which is downloaded will be english. Once you run game, you can add the key to your main account, no matter what or how many accounts you have created,you can get all game in your main account.

      This is what happened to me. Then a few days later I got an email saying I failed to make payment, so my order was cancelled. :/

      I got the key for Babel DLC fine though.

      same as you guys .. my guess is that it is Ubisoft running out of keys. They probably have to manually assign one now. But seeing as I signed up as a french person on a french site to get a french offer with a disposable email address and I need to go the that site to even see the order status .. I'm going to find it hard to ask where is my key in french.
