  How do you actually apply the promotions? adding 3 at checkout does not apply it lists the full price of $574.92 with "Promotion(s) Applied: —" so no promotion is being applied.

  edit: amazon rep acknowledged that its not working correctly and has forwarded it up the chain to get fixed.
