  This one was supposedly easier to absorb and less likely to have an upset stomach. as its Magnesium glycinate
  Tablets are kinda large.

    Yes I was told this as I have IBS and I've had no issues taking it daily.

    The tablets are big but I think they all are. At least they are the rounded caplet shape.
