Thanks your right,I didn’t do any 5 outbounds . I have done split payment today x 5, so hopefully when it stops pending that means it will unlock it

credit accounts to be precise. The payment can be made via any eligible commbank debit or credit mastercard, however the transaction should be on the credit account.
When you have a debit card on say the smart access account which has no credit which I know of, when you insert does it actually give you the option to choose between credit and savings? If you choose savings then it is automatically eftpos?
@odb: It depends on the product. Easiest way is to see if your card has the mastercard logo on it. If your card starts with 560279 then yes, it won't a credit account and it will anyway be ineligible for Yello offers.
Eftpos transactions are ineligible for Yello cashback offers.
You can check if you have any eligible cards to use by by tapping the Settings icon in the top-right corner of your CommBank app screen while on on the CommBank Yello offers screen, then tap ‘Offer notifications & support’, then tap 'Eligible cards'.
Just spoke to commbank and learnt that cashbacks are paid regardless of eftpos or Mastercard payment. What matters is using the correct card. Hope this info is useful to others.
