  I had one of these before , not that good and didn't survive for more than a year and half . just my experience

    i have this vacuum, and i think its pretty good ! though the filter requires frequent washing (every few months if you vacuum once a week) which is probably the only negative i think. :L

    Had a Samsung vacuum… 13th month and went up in smoke. Utter junk.
    It had barely been used as it was only a backup vacuum for an old Sanyo one I was expecting to fail… but the Sanyo is still pluggin away… :-)
    Samsung was not iterested in warranty assistance …
    It went to the same place that everything else I have had with the Samsung brand on it went.. :-)
