Excellent value for money if you don’t wanna spend big bucks. I used to own a YAS-109 and was very happy with it even though it didn’t have a sub.
They are okay - better than anything cheaper by a long shot but if you can save for a 3.1 soundbar and subwoofer as they have come down considerably from where they were a few years ago.
I have the Yas 108 paired with Yamaha 10inch subwoofer and there are limitations - music while good it pales to a bookshelf speaker system you can save and upgrade to and for movies the lack of a dedicated centre channel for voice can make vocals muffled with the general action despite the Clear Voice feature.
So good for a tight budget where you do not wish to spend more but if you can wait and save up a bit more for a good entry level 3.1 it can pay dividends for Tv shows and movies.
Mate if you can stretch the budget and have the room for it, go with this instead —> https://www.amazon.com.au/YHT-1840-5-1-Channel-Theatre-Compr….
Much better sound and natural sound, period. You'll thank yourself for buying it.
thats too bulky bro
As much that would sound awesome - I agree it’s too bulky for my style
That's just a completely different product
doing my research, but what's the general sentiment from the OzB community? anyone had experience with this bad boy?
