Tangerine Portal Login Is Broken

I had this problem with Tangerine about a week ago and called them and they fixed the login issue over the phone.
I attempted to login today with the same email & phone number and it's giving a error again…WTF Tangerine.

"We were not able to verify your account with the email address and mobile number provided. Please check and try again. If the issue persists, please ensure your details are up to date by contacting our customer support team on 1800 211 112."

      I'm currently reading a book on the history of araldite. It's pretty shite but I just can't put it down.

    Too many bad puns in one thread.
    Just log a ticket with support or change ISPs as others have suggested.
    Given the same company owns More Telecom I would say more effort has gone into that given Combank own a big chunk of the company and have been flogging the crap out of more telecom. I'd say they will probably discontinue Tangerine at some stage given they overlap with offerings now, a bit like all the old IInet brands.

    Pay peanuts and get monkeys.
    I'm with Tangerine. Paying peanuts, but luckily not dealing with too many monkeys. If you don't have to use their support, it's often smooth sailing. I do dread having to call them about things though.
    I suspect if you use their complaints form, it will go straight to the upper levels.

    PS. I'm on a 1000/50 NBN FTTP Plan for $84/month (for 6 months). Consistently getting 930/47 speeds.

  • I'm with Tangerine mobile and haven't been able to login to the portal since I signed up to activate my sim I had to call them as I couldn't login to do it. I can still see how much data I have a month left as you can see that by dialing *159# I'm planning on porting to Lebara on Monday though.

    cancelled then found from portal it gave 2month fee credit !? now my account is in credit not sure if I can use in future :)
