Not as good as some earlier deals, but a lot better than full price, and you don't need anything to join. Tried it today and it worked well - $5 to upgrade to V-Max at my local for Dune 2 (great movie btw). Says that it will expire on the 31st but I suspect that this deal gets refreshed pretty often. No fees if you redeem the voucher at the cinema.
