The fluffy head doesn't seem to be included which is part of the absolute versionMaybe not then.
Either way Its an easy return if we dont like it upon arrival or if its a dud.
Any idea how Dyson's refurb products are? Are these RMA or used products that were repaired?
Dyson repair centre had refurb v15 for $499 last weekend.

By refurbished at your own risk. The quality control is terrible. I ordered a Gen 5 and it was DOA, the coloured seal was roughed up. Dyson ebay takes a few days to reply. Contacted Dyson direct, they sent a replacement battery and then once I got it, the mode button didn't work! Returned the vacuum and it took about 2 weeks to get my money back. A quick google search also shows a lot of people getting defective refurbs.
Could be wrong but the V10 looks like the absolute version which makes this refurb a very good deal
