@jv ?
What are underpants?
They’re just like underkilts, but you wear them under pants instead of under a kilt…
@mapax: Oh. I do change my underkilts daily…
You wear diapers?
Wear what you want, but beware, you will get drunk women trying to check (and that starts even at a young age, it is genuinely awful).
Guess I'm wearing a kilt from now on then.
Trust me, it gets old really fast. Odd that, sexual assault not appealing to the target.
These are to the Scots what "The dingo took my baby" is to Australians.
They look like the pretty standard wedding kilt outfits you'll see at loads of Scottish weddings. The price is a small fraction of what you'd pay for a decent quality outfit, so who knows what the quality is like.
At that price the quality would be Reject Shop Halloween quality.
I am aware what is customary to wear at a Scottish wedding. Only an American whose great great grandfather emigrated to the States, but still claims to be a Scot would be seen in such a "kilt".You underestimate the tightness of some of the target market. Cheap kilt outfits are really popular for sporting internationals and "lads' weekends" <shudder>. My cheap kilt is ex-hire, but these would be a reasonable alternative.
I paid 1000 GBP in 2000 for my kilt, jacket and footwear. That's about 3500 AUD now. Custom fitting by the Edinburgh based tailor, who was available in London on a regular basis.
so cheap is possibly an understatement!
That's about what I paid. Sounds like you might be referring to Geoffrey Tailor, that's where I got one of mine.
@banana365: thanks for the reminder. yup ;-)

Nope no good. How are you supposed to tell who wears the pants in the family :Þ
Where's the tartan for Clan McBargain
only so the bridesmaids can find the best man.
