I called them after two weeks of not receiving any updates, said to wait another week, again nothing so I call them again, said there's no stock and refund me after 3 weeks of waiting. They will just hold on to your money until you forget about it.
@imfinesankyou: I have called today was told its in process but no concrete date on when it will be delivered , i guess it may end up as refund ..i wont be ordering anything more now its waste of time

I was getting same issue, called customer support and they said products in cart should be of same brand and from the catalogue that opens after clicking 'half price shipping ' link
I tried adding $40 worth Rivers products but shipping still shows $12.95
Are you when able to add anything in cart from Rivers, for all perioducts I was getting error 0 available in stock.
The website is terrible. Lots of products that were apparently in stock would say zero stock after clicking pay now. You then can't pay and have to modify the cart. Very frustrating.
When using the GDAY20 $20 code, the free shipping value changed, so you have to spend $120 after the discount, not before. Rather annoying in conjunction with the above.

Been waiting for a month for my stuff to ship, half of it arrived today - and it's not even my bloody order. Some poor woman out there is missing her Rockmans order, and probably has mine.
By the time I opened it the phone lines are shut til Monday, when they probably won't even be answering them. Far out.
