    Thanks, I’ve got some ultra stretch as “around the house & maybe pop to the shops” casual pants instead of trackies

      they aren't really an alternative to trackies, they are very similar to normal jeans. You might be thinking of the ezy ultra stretch jeans which are similar to trackies feel.

          Ok fair enough. It was just your comparison to trackers. You can wear these jeans in business or work settings where you wouldn’t wear trackers in those environments.

      that's the point, there's a degree of irony to a lot of fashion

      tbh a lot of dads in 2025 are still wearing skinny jeans, so it's hard to say what "dad jeans" even means anymore.

    Thanks OP. Uniqlo make great clothes, I have many. Great fit, durable, good quality fabrics, good fit. I went for the grey this time for some retro bogan, something I never do. Paired them with a grey linen shirt, also on sale. Let's ee if my hunch works. :)
