  Lightake should be banned due to bad service. It is not a deal if you have to pay postage for DOA items. Like in my case I have been $20 worst off. Alice f Lightake said that they will exchange the item to a different one but Nicole from lightake said otherwise. It has been very stressful to deal with them. Not recommended.

    I agree my ug802 had so much issues and I asked for help only to get a reply saying that the factory is to blame and wait for a software update. I then asked paypal for a partial refund but refused in favor of a full refund. I decided to keep it as its fixed with a custom ROM and different power adapter but if I didn't find a solution myself Id be out of pocket $20 for shipping when it probably costs them $1 to ship from china.

    I also agree. I am still waiting for a refund on the UG802s I ordered last time. Then they blame the supplier and say no refund only an exchange. Well that's not right considering I got a faulty product!!

    I also bought accessories to go with the UG802 on the lightakes rep recommendation but when the UG802s are faulty they wont let me return the accessories. whats the point of having a keyboard if i no longer have the faulty computer!!

    Will be escalating to a PayPal claim.

    I vote to ban lightake. For every one good story I gear about lightake (not that I've heard one) I guarantee there's ten bad ones.

    I also agree about the poor service. I bought an MK802 from a post on OZB a few months ago. I paid immediately but the item took almost 11 weeks to arrive. They were already advertising the later upgraded model on here before I received my order. Seeing that the later version was also cheaper made me even more regretful. When questioned about the lateness, my messages were simply ignored. I would normally say good on the merchant for addressing the late issues in this OP, but this is only due to people voicing their unhappiness on this site. They were basically selling stock they didn't have, and then ordering off the back of the order number.

    All up, these are great devices, but do yourself and favour and find one on Aliexpress.com or eBay from a more reliable seller at a competitive or cheaper price. LightTake aren't offering deals, they are just using this site to advertise their wares.

    -1 from me.

  Ok this post is to vote a ban for Lightake as many had issues. I + vote this!!!!!
  My experience is waiting 1month for delivery, bad customer service and no solution for my problems (wifi would never connect until i found a better power supply 3 weeks later) as it was manufacturers fault and was told to wait for firmware update( maybe endlessly ).

    My micro usb of the UG802 just broke off and doesn't turn on anymore. Wow not even 2 months after purchase, just shows the quality these cheap china devices are.
