10,000 Flybuys Bonus points is valid for new Coles Plus members that sign up and create a Coles Plus account between Wed 6 March and Tue 12 March 2024, have a Flybuys membership linked to their online Coles account, and remain a Coles Plus member for a minimum of two months. Flybuys points will be attributed to the linked Flybuys household member account by Fri 17 May 2024.
The one month free trial period for new customers is for one calendar month, starting from the date you sign up to Coles Plus. Your first billing date will be at the end of the one calendar month free trial period. We'll charge the subscription payment to your nominated card or PayPal account on that day unless you cancel the Coles Plus subscription before.
Auto-renewal, Cancellations and Refunds:
30, The Coles Plus subscription is an ongoing subscription. Your Coles Plus subscription as well as your obligation to pay the monthly Subscription Payment will perpetually auto-renew at the end of the Subscription Period unless you give us notice that you wish to cancel.
31, You may cancel the auto-renewal of your Coles Plus subscription at any time by notifying us by visiting your account preferences at coles.com.au and selecting ‘Cancel Subscription’ via the 'Coles Plus subscription' link. You may also cancel your Coles Plus subscription by contacting Coles Plus Priority Customer Care team via email on [email protected], via text on 0429 989 656 or via phone on 1800 508 308.
32, The cancellation of your Coles Plus subscription will take effect from the end of the relevant Subscription Period. You will continue to have the benefit of the Coles Plus subscription for the remainder of the relevant Subscription Period that has been prepaid. You will not be refunded for the remainder of the Subscription Period in which you cancel the auto-renewal of your Coles Plus subscription.
33, You have the right to change your mind and cancel your Coles Plus subscription within 14 days of your Billing Date provided you have not used your Coles Plus subscription in that time. If you wish to get a refund of the Subscription Payment for the Subscription Period that has been prepaid, you must contact our Coles Plus Priority Customer Care team via email on [email protected], via text on 0429 989 656 or via phone on 1800 508 308 and we will issue you with a refund of the Subscription Payment for the Subscription Period that has been prepaid. Once your account is cancelled you will not be able to continue to use your Coles Plus subscription.
