I just bought the 45pack (3 ply) for $22.50 S&S. Figure it's worth a few extra bucks for 50% more. Not fussed about whether it's 4ply or 3ply.
Depends on your a$$ and whether you bite your fingernails.
For me, I fold once with four ply, but fold twice on three ply to insure against pink push through.

can't measure per roll as some have more or less sheets per roll.
For example this wouldn't be a bargain if it cost $19.50 for 1000 roll, but only had 1 sheet per roll.
