OZB-BIRTHDAY

Quick Intro

My deal video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skbfQ9ciAWE

I have covered some of the key points in the video above (and followed up from some discussions in the prior deals we have run). But it goes without saying - this community has really helped us to level up over the years and so thank you to everyone who has supported us!

Anyway, here goes our latest deal, I hope it provides some great value!

The Deal

Amino Z Whey Protein Isolate 4kg for $149.99 Delivered + $55 back in store credit for repeat customers (New Customers $50/Pre-Existing Paid Club Z* $65)

OPTIONAL EXTRA OFFER: Add 1 more kg for $30 and get an extra $10 back in store credit. Ie. 5kg for $179.99 Delivered with $60/$65/$75 back in store credit. Simply select the 5kg size.

Plus we some featured offers on some other products of ours:

Coupon code: OZB-BIRTHDAY (add in shopping cart)

You will get the store credit just so long as you order 4kg or 5kg of WPI (or more). You can order anything else on top of this and you will still receive the bonus credit amount and free shipping.

*Please note for Pre-Existing and Paid Club Z members, to qualify for this, you must be actively on a paid Club Z membership as of 8am 26th February 2024. Otherwise, if you're on Club Free trial period, you will not earn the Club Z points, but you still get the repeat or new customer Z points back.

WPI Flavours

We now have 23 flavours available to choose from.

Our new release for this deal is Indulgent White Chocolate. Melon Milk and Iced Chai Latte are our other newer releases (released in November).

All flavours are naturally sweetened. We have transitioned over to thaumatin for the fact that it is an all natural plant based sweetener, a superior flavour profile, a neutral insulin impact (as it is a protein) and being very gentle on the gut. A bit of trivia, thaumatin is about 10x the cost of artificial counterparts (eg. sucralose) and more than 5x the cost of stevia based on weight! Our focus remains on product quality.

Also note the Unflavoured option is straight WPI with just sunflower lecithin added at the point of manufacture to assist in mixing and reduce frothing (less than 1% w/w). There is no sweetener.

Flavour Availability:

Flavour availability will change throughout the deal. I will this area updated as flavours run out.

  • On Backorder (Can be backordered): Mint Choc Chip (Back in stock 2-3 months - see below)
  • In Stock: All Other Flavours

IMPORTANT: Mint Choc Chip will incur a lengthy delay (2-3 months) due to our local flavour manufacturer unable to get more flavour to us sooner than this. We have tried everything to get this flavour in sooner, very sorry about this, but we will accept backorders in case you want this sent once back in stock.

Product Breakdown

  • 100% Australian Blended and Packed in our Sydney Facility
  • Our manufacturing facility is owned by us and is a NSW Licensed Food Facility with an approved Dairy Processing license
  • For the nutritional information for each flavour, please click on the "Nutritional Info" tab. The best macros are for Unflavoured (Per serve: 29.7g P / 0.3g F / 0.4g C), and the flavour breakdowns will be variable. All other flavours have less than 1g of fat per serve and 1.2-3.7g of carbs/serve. The newer Aussie Choc Malt is the only exception with 9.9g carbs/serve (from the malt component) - I highly recommend it for the taste, avoid if you want to keep the carbs down.
  • We only use WPI in this protein - this is not a blend of other cheaper proteins (for example Whey Protein Concentrate/WPC)
  • Protein is added hormone free, ultra and micro filtered and cold pressed
  • Naturally sweetened with thaumatin. We do not use artificial sweeteners.
  • Soy free - we use sunflower lecithin instead of soy lecithin (soy is common in whey proteins)
  • Backed by our 110% Guarantee. Try it and if you don't love it, we'll give you 110% back (in store credit) or a full refund (including delivery). As I mentioned in the video, we offer this so you can try the product risk-free. If you've opened it up to try it we're not going to make you send it back either.

Commonly Asked - Amino Z WPI / ON 100% Whey / Musashi 100% Whey (The 3 most popular proteins here on OzBargain)

In almost all of our prior WPI deals, I have been asked how our WPI compares to two other very popular products on OzBargain that we sell (Optimum Nutrition 100% Gold Standard Whey and Musashi 100% Whey).

One thing I want to emphasise is that we sell all three products and despite us obviously having a vested interest in our own brand, we firmly stand behind the quality of all three products (hence why we stock all of them).

In a previous deal, I asked our team to put together a comprehensive and objective video detailing many key differences between the three products. So if you're interested, the video can be seen at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6LBeV33fArc

Obviously taste will come down to personal preference so we haven't touched on this, we have instead focussed on key attributes of each product. I hope this presents a fair representation of each.

Whey Protein Prices in 2024

We have been asked about the outlook on whey protein prices this year and I wanted to be as transparent as possible as to what to expect in the coming months.

Our raw material pricing for whey protein has already increased substantially for stock that we will be receiving in the coming months. This is occurring across all regions of manufacture. Unless things change, I do anticipate that we may begin to see reasonable increases in retail prices this year. This will likely affect all forms of Whey protein (WPI, WPC etc).

We will of course do our best to keep prices as low as possible. While I don't have a crystal ball, this is more of a heads up as to what to reasonably expect based on the many conversations I've had with suppliers.

Just as a warning to people: I ordered 4kg of protein today here in Adelaide and just got the dreaded email saying that it would be shipped via Couriers Please. Couriers Please are easily the worst courier in Adelaide, I've had multiple negative experiences with them. They will deliver to your neighbours and throw delicate packages over your fence, that's if you even receive the item in the first place. Their customer service team is a call centre somewhere in Asia that is utterly useless and will make absurd requests like asking you to send them a photograph of a package that hasn't been delivered. If you look at their Google reviews, they currently have thousands of negative reviews with an average review of 1.4.

Had I known that Amino Z were using Couriers Please as their courier of choice I would not have purchased through them. I will wait and see if my package ends up arriving or not but if it doesn't you can guarantee I will initiate a chargeback since you are knowingly using this company and I cannot reasonably believe you would be ignorant of the issues with them.

    Buyer beware.

    • +5

@TheHocus I'm so sorry to hear about this experience with Couriers Please. We did begin using them last year.

But we do have a few options available for you.

For this particular order, if your package doesn't turn up, please contact us and not Couriers Please. If the package isn't arriving we'll just send you a replacement (via Australia Post) and we'll sort out the issue with Couriers Please on our end. As our customer, we would prefer you not to have the headache of dealing with a third party.

That said, even if you don't get your order and you don't want a replacement via Australia Post, we can refund on our end. I would assume this would be easier for you and no need to call the bank.

Also, we can set your account to send only through Australia Post for all future orders. Would you mind sending us your order number? We can make the change on your account so this will happen automatically.

I will give Vanessa a heads up about this so she is aware of your situation. She is our head of customer service and is currently taking care of all the direct messages here on OzBargain.

      Thanks again for sharing.

      Jay

      • +1

Impressed by your reply Jay, thank you for taking the issue seriously and dealing with it promptly.

I would encourage you or Vanessa to Google "don't use Couriers Please" and have a read through some of the results. I can guarantee you that there are other people like me who will not use any company that delivers via Couriers Please.

If the package doesn't turn up I will do as you suggested and contact you directly rather than going to Australia Post or the bank. Thank you for making this offer in good faith. I can assure you that I will also operate in good faith.

Australia Post would be much better, thank you. My order number is Order #109907849. I also had at least one mate place an order today via my referral code after making them aware of the deal, and a second mate who said he'd take a look. If there's any way to look at orders made through my referral code I would suggest reaching out to those individuals and making the same offer, otherwise I'll let them know next time I speak to them.

Thanks again Jay, this is the right way to handle a customer concern.

        • Thanks for the reply @TheHocus

I will pass this along to Vanessa and she can make the change on your account. I'll also ask her to reach out to you in relation to this.

I greatly appreciate the referrals, but if they used this deal then we may not be able to track them. You can let them know that they can shoot us over a message, or add into their order comments to ship via Australia Post and we can action that on our end (assuming we get the message before the order is packed of course).

Your concerns certainly are valid and I am aware of the reputation of Couriers Please online. You're correct in assuming that I (as the owner) cannot reasonably plead ignorant to this. We do a heck of a lot of research and trials before onboarding delivery companies.

Anyway to provide context on this, we did undertake a lengthy 6 month trial phase with Couriers Please on the basis of both pricing and delivery times. Prior to onboarding, we were hesitant to deal with them having had no experience with them. After monitoring customer satisfaction scores and delivery issues, we have seen that, on a percentage basis, they have overall been comparable to Australia Post. We subsequently have made the decision to continue working with them.

We do have customers who do not like Couriers Please and we will be more than happy to switch them over to Australia Post. The converse is also true, as some customers prefer Couriers Please.

This is an area that Vanessa and I monitor on an ongoing basis. But I also promise you that Vanessa and her team will look after you in the event of any issues with this existing parcel, or any future orders you place and are shipped through Australia Post.

Anyway, thanks again for reaching out and giving us the opportunity to look after you on this matter. I'll notify Vanessa now so she can take care of this.

          Jay

          • @aminozcomau: I'm going to agree with @TheHocus here that Couriers Please have bit of a reputation in SA.

When I put in my first order and realised CP were used for delivery, I was more than a bit concerned.

I sent an email to Vanessa pronto, and she did put a note to use Auspost for all future deliveries.

The parcel did turn up with no dramas, and might have been ahead of schedule, in the end.

            • @KSMLJ: Thanks for sharing @KSMLJ

Ok that's worth us taking note of too. Given the feedback here, we will take a look into the performance in SA specifically. We do modify who ships where based on a few factors (pricing, speed, customer satisfaction), but it's worth us taking another look into SA for this.

Ultimately our shipping partners do reflect upon our reputation, so I do value all this feedback.

  • Happy existing customer with a question:

    What's the difference between Complete Pre-workout and High-Stim Pre-workout?

    • Thanks for asking @mrwoo

      Here are the key differences:

      • Complete Pre is 275mg of caffeine/serve, versus 350mg for the High Stim Pre.
      • Complete Pre has 6g of citrulline malate/serve, High Stim Pre has 4g/serve
      • Complete Pre does not have Glycerol Monostearate, High Stim Pre has 1.5g/serve
      • Complete Pre does not have Huperzine-A, High Stim Pre has 100mcg/serve
      • Complete Pre has 1g Tyrosine/serve, High Stim Pre has 1g Taurine/serve
      • Complete Pre has 7 flavours, High Stim Pre has 3 flavours

      I hope this helps.

  • Still getting through the 5kgs I bought a few months ago - highly recommend the Taro flavour. The Pandan Coconut flavour not so much, I'm struggling to get through it.

    • Thanks for the upvote and also for the prior order @mainbreak

By the way if you're not liking the Pandan, please send over a direct message. We can send out another flavour as a replacement (at our cost).

      Jay

  • A place an order for 5kg, hopefully I enjoy all the flavors!

Does the credit take a while to show in account? No rush!

Good value at $24 a KG

      Thanks for the order @Icouldbeyourherobaby!

The credit will show in your account within 10 days of your order shipping. No expiry on it either.

      Thanks again!

  • Great value as always.

But I'm curious is eating chicken always a cheaper alternative to protein powder? Or it isn't always the case.

    • +2

      Yes.

But imagine you've had 200g of chicken beast (62g protein), and you need 90g. Would you be able to eat another 100g of chicken breast or just scoff down 250g of liquids spread out over 10 mins?

    • +4

      @Jackpot518 thanks!

Most likely yes…I'm going to nerd out on a few calculations.

Cooked chicken breast at 35g of protein/100g here

Uncooked chicken breast $10/kg (say). Assuming cooked chicken breast loses 25% of the weight, this means it's $13.33/kg (ie. $10 for 750g).

100g of protein would therefore be 100/35 * 1.333 = $3.80. That would be from 286g of cooked chicken breast meat.

Whereas from our protein powder, using unflavoured protein which is 90% protein (our highest), you would require 111g of protein powder to get 100g of protein. At our usual price of $44.99, that would cost $4.98. On this deal before credit it would be $4.16, or after factoring in credit of $50 it would be $2.77.

Sorry if my calculations are wrong, it's been a long day :)

Maths aside, it's not an equivalent protein or food and I would suggest that they would have different use cases.

Chicken breast is a food which likely would be more foundational to your diet. It will have a lower bioavailability than a whey protein isolate and be slower to absorb.

WPI is best used to supplement a well rounded diet. It will be more suitable around a workout for example, where a faster absorbing protein can be more beneficial. WPI is also quicker and easier to consume like @dottydotdot has said above.

      Jay

  • Out of curiosity why the stop of stevia? Isn’t that plant based too?

    • +4

      Thanks for asking @bemybubble

You're right, it is also plant based. But we stopped it because a reasonable portion of people are more sensitive to an unpleasant bitter stevia aftertaste. Not everyone notices it, but for those that do, it can be quite offensive and we found that we were alienating too many of our customers.

So that's why we switched over to thaumatin. Also natural and also plant based, but we found that it's far better tolerated by the majority of people.

      Jay

  • This is too large, I love this deal but any chance similar but half the size :(. Will expire before I finish and no not because I don't work out but because I already have a 5kg one I'm halfway thru

    • +2

      Thanks for asking @Lit Homie

You can order less than 4kg at a 30% discount with free shipping. However in doing so, there won't be the bonus store credit component.

We did structure this deal to be larger because of the ever-rising costs of shipping. So we cannot offer the same amount of value on a smaller order since the shipping component will be a considerably greater portion of the overall order cost.

I hope that explains. That's not to say we won't do a smaller offer in the future, so we will take on board this feedback.

      Jay

      • Understandable thanks!

        • No worries!

          Jay

    • Unopened bags will last a long time past the best before date as long as they're stored in a cool dry place away from sunlight. I have a bag manufactured in 2021 that I opened a month ago that's still perfectly fine.

      • Might be right, but I'm sure another deal will come by the time I finish :) Thanks

  • thank you OP, was about to buy the woolies mushashi protein lucky i didnt!!

    • Thank you for the support @28kb!

      • Vanessa
  • Hi Jay,

Congrats on the 18 years, brilliant products and service!

Slowly looking into products other than WPI.

    Have a question:

What's the difference between Thermogenic and Thermogenic V2?

And how would one chose between them?

    • +1

      Thanks @KSMLJ!

The Hardcore V2 version has higher dosages for Acetyl L Carnitine (3g vs 1.5g/serve), Tyrosinge (1.5g vs 1g), theobromine (250mg vs 80mg) and caffeine (250mg vs 120mg). There's also Huperzine-A in the Hardcore V2 version and green tea extract. Basically higher dosages of each, but notably the caffeine which will come down to personal preference. I do note also that the Thermogenic Hardcore V2 could be taken before a workout for the caffeine component.

      I hope this helps!

      Jay

      • Cheers for that, will add the V2 to the order and give it a go!

        • You're welcome @KSMLJ and thanks for the order. Also, it's backed by our 110% guarantee in case for whatever reason you don't like it.

Any chance of a deal on the vegan protein? For some reason Aminoz isolate makes me gassy (not to scare anyone away, my entire family is fine with it except me).

Hi @Veela- you can use the same code to get 30% OFF any other Amino Z products :)

      • Vanessa
    • +2

Also @Veela I'll jump in here.

We've had a few suggestions for a deal on the Vegan range. I have taken notes on this and I will be discussing this with the team. Currently we have no firm plans, but this has been one of the top suggestions from the community so we will consider this seriously.

Hi Jay, amazing post and customer service! You're a role model for other brands on OzBargain.

What's the difference between the pea protein and the vegan protein? Besides the chalkiness of pea protein (which surprisingly I dont seem to mind anymore). What are the benefits of each?

    • Hi @JobbaWobba- thank you and we appreciate your support! :)

Our Pea protein is higher in protein and lower in carbohydrates so it's easily digested.
Our Amino Z Vegan is a blend of Pea and Rice protein (with little carbohydrate and fat content). It is perfect for individuals who wish to maximise muscle recovery and improve performance whilst following a plant-based diet. The combination of our high-quality golden pea and rice protein gives the shake a smooth and creamy texture, making it easy to drink :)

      Hope this helps!

If you have questions or need any assistance- please feel free to let us know!

      • Vanessa
    • @JobbaWobba thanks for the kind words :)

I can see Vanessa jumped on and responded here with the key points. I also wanted to add that our Vegan protein is quite popular as we did focus on the texture as Vanessa mentioned. We do plan to expand the flavour range here too.

      Jay

      • Thanks for the response. Yeah I didn't really understand the difference between the two and which would be more effective for weight gain etc. But thats okay. I bought the pea protein! Thanks

        • Oh great. Either will be suitable by the way. Thank you for the order @JobbaWobba!

          Jay

  • Keep up the good work cheers

    • Thank you miniminools!

      Thanks for ordering @N21212!

The store credit is assigned as "Z Points" to your account within 10 days after dispatch :)

      • Vanessa
    • Thanks also from me @N21212!

      Jay

  • Sorry if it was already mentioned, these awesome deals always come with all the many comments I can't keep up!

Great timing as I'm in need of a restock.

Have the zip lock packaging been fixed yet, or still got the ones that split after a few uses?

    • +2

We have updated our pouches and hope they are much better now- but if you run into any issues with the pouches, please feel free to reach out and we'll be more than happy to assist!

      Thank you @AnDyStYLe!

Thanks also from me for the ongoing support @AnDyStYLe!

  • Thanks Jay!

Bought the 5kg and spent my z-points

    • Awesome! Thanks again for ordering @TruePursuit !

      • Vanessa
    • Thanks also again for the new order @TruePursuit!

  • Usually I get salted caramel. Had a few brands that had been dissapointed with their salted caramel. What kind of flavours would be recommended from your selection?

    • We don't have a Salted Caramel version yet- we have Creme Caramel and Choc Caramel- but the salted really sounds good!
I will definitely forward this to our Product Development team to consider :)

Our 5 most popular flavours are Chocolate, Vanilla, Aussie Choc Malt, Iced Coffee and Matcha Green Tea Ice Cream.

Just a side note, all Amino Z branded supplements are backed by our 110% Guarantee- so if you didn't like the taste or if you're simply not happy with any of our products (Private labels), we can replace them with a different flavour or refund you 110% in Store Credits which you can use on your next or future orders from us :)

      • Vanessa
    • @tacotaco also to elaborate on Vanessa's feedback above, we have been trying to crack a good salted caramel, but we don't yet have anything that is worth releasing. It's proven to be a tough one, especially with so many variations of caramel (toffee caramel, burnt caramel and everything in between).

But I'd agree with Vanessa, the closest would be the two caramel options we have, though not identical to a salted caramel.

      Thanks for the interest!

  • Hi Jay,

    Happily made a big order!

One tip I would give for comms, is to explain thaumatin a little more…most are familiar with sucralose and Stevia as they're so common. But almost no one has heard of thaumatin, which can cause a little concern that it's less tested or proven safety-wise.

If we're about to have 1-3 servings a day of it for months, it would be good to have a little summary of the literature.

Love your work, keep it up. Maybe be about 10% less nice, I'm worried you guys are gonna bankrupt yourself with your amazing customer service.

    • +1

Hi @Wolfenstein98k and thanks for the new order!

Great suggestion in relation to thaumatin and yes I will take note of this. Especially given that not everyone uses this natural sweetener, I agree that we should be going a bit more in-depth about this. We did put together a very short video at https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Su0GsCKez1k but I tend to agree with what you're saying and we should be going into further depth about this. This is a point I will be taking up with our team for our upcoming content.

I also believe that this is in-line with what Unorthodox mentioned in a separate comment, that our content should go further into valuable education, rather than a high-level short-form piece.

Also thanks for the kind words about our customer service. We do operate off the belief that most people will act in good faith if we do too. I've personally had far too many poor retail experiences and this is not something I want to emulate with our customers. And sure there will always be the occasional bad actor, but I do believe that overall if we look after our customers, they will look after us (as is evidenced by the overwhelming support we receive on here).

  • Hello,

If I'm looking to maximise store credit/discount and ordering 8kg is it best to place 2 separate 4kg orders or 1 3kg + 1 5kg order?

    Thanks

    • Thanks for asking and for the support of the deal @FD Zone!

Please be aware that we do have a limit of one lot of store credit per person during this promotional period. So you specifically for 8kg:

      • Ordering 8kg in a single order, you will receive the 5kg bonus credit amount and the unit price for the 6th, 7th and 8th kg will be the same as the 5kg amount. The total amount for 8kg will be $287.98 and then you get the credit on top of this.
      • Ordering 5kg and then 3kg will still mean that you receive the full bonus credit on the 5kg component, but your total will be $179.99 + $113.74 (3kg with 30% off the full price). So the total here is $293.73.
      • Ordering 2x 4kg orders means that you get only the 4kg store credit, and both orders will be $149.99. Total will be $299.98.

While all orders will have free delivery, you'll save a little extra by doing it all in the single order, and get the 5kg bonus credit amount

I hope that covers it, thanks!

      Jay

      • Thanks, Sorry just having trouble finding the 8kg option.

I can see denominations in 1,2,3,4,5 and 10kg

        • +1

Try adding in 8x 1kg options @FD Zone - you should get the 5kg unit price this way. Sorry it's a little tedious doing it this way, because we don't have a pre-set 8kg option available.

          Jay

  • Great pricing, great service, thaaaaaaaaaaaaanks!

    • Thanks so much @h4lcyon!

      Jay

  • Thanks for taking feedback on board during the last deal and offering a cheap shaker option this time round!

I still have 11kg from previous deals, so I better start getting stuck into some of those. Wasn't going to gym while I was waiting for new gym to open in my area, then injured the knee running. Hopefully no more surprises and can get back to BAU :)

    • Thanks @JHoliday and yes of course, every deal I have a document full of dot points with suggestions from the community. We can't always knock everything off, but we consider everything.

Sorry to hear about the knee injury and all the best with recovery on this.

Thanks for the support of this deal again!

Still have 3 unopened bag from last deal but had to put another order in. Surely durian flavor is the around the corner Jay!

    • +1

@No Child Support thanks for the ongoing support!

Durian has come up in our discussions. But it depends on how much we want to punish our manufacturing team and any customers who walk into our warehouse LOL! We learned that one of our flavouring suppliers have a completely separate room dedicated to durian.

It's not out of the question, but also certainly not without its challenges, so no promises on this one. But it's on our (very long) list of flavour suggestions/ideas.

      This is awesome @Chaffix!!

If you don't mind, I'll include this in the original post and credit you as I'm sure others will find this particularly useful. Thank you so much for putting this together!

Also thanks for the order and support of the deal :)

      Jay

      • Go nuts mate, cheers.

    • +1

Thanks, I almost ordered the choc malt but 64% protein is too low

      • Yeah, I didn't realise either

        • +1

@Dienk @Icouldbeyourherobaby yeah, that one is the main exception with the added malt in there. The table makes this much easier to identify which is great. While it tastes great (truly), less protein and more carbs.

          Jay

    • Wish I knew about this before I stocked up on Aussie choc malt…

  • Ordered 2.79kg ON whey from Costco last week, still unopened. Will return that one and give Amino Z a try. Thanks for that, ordered 5kg different flavours, hope I can find my favourite flavour.

    • Thank you so much for giving us a go @brunodla :) I really appreciate the order despite ordering recently from elsewhere :)

      Jay

  • Hi jay, is there any chance you will do similar offers for wpc? Its definitely not an inferior protein as its less processed than wpi leaving more nutrients in it. Sure it has a slightly lower protein percentage. Also wpc is manufactured in Australia.

    • Thanks for the question @Stevecro.

It's unlikely. We still do have a WPC product, but the interest from our customer base is minimal as compared to our WPI. You're right in that it is less processed than the WPI but we did recently make the decision to put more focus onto our WPI given its popularity.

The WPC we have been using is also sourced from USA, we haven't been using the local WPC due to price, allergen (soy), quality and supply restraints. We couldn't manage to find a suitable product produced locally unfortunately.

      Jay

  • Do these come with scoops? Haven't used protein powder before so don't have scoop to measure the amount

    • Yes they do.

    • Also confirming that yes, all our supplements come with scoops @cmt26

      Thanks also @storms79!

      Jay

  • Aminoz constantly bringing quality protein at solid prices with the best customer service!! :D

    • Thanks @xenobiotic! I really appreciate the support and kind words.

      Jay

  • I first ordered in 2017, and now again.
I hope you're able to keep matching the amazon ON prices incase this vanilla creamy isn't long-term tolerable like the ON vanilla icecream is for me. It feels good to get through such a big bag of protein, buy the same flavour and do it again. I remember the ON rocky road was great until it just tasted like sugar.

I put that ON vanilla icecream in with frozen fruit (coles creative gormet half price) and water in a ninja blender, which i also got from OZB lol, and its absolutely awesome.
Would be very happy if aminoZ vanilla creamy compares well, or better. ordered 4kg of that.
1KG of the malt choc incase i can become addicted and can work those carbs in, sounds nice.
If you really match or beat amazon sub&save, give 3% back, and give $120 credit a year for $100 for club Z, and you keep carrying ON, i don't think I have a reason not to stay.

    • Thanks for the order and for giving our brand a go @musicinbed69

ON is a very good brand (one that we do carry) but I do hope that you like our product too.

Thanks also for the feedback on our membership, we have no plans on changing our Club Z perks and I'm glad that you find value with it!

      Jay

  • Thanks team!

Still have 3 bags left from previous order, but bought 4kg anyway to stock up due to Z points and great deal!

    • Thanks again for the new order @ArtlessArt!

Great deal and great product as always.

With so many great flavours it would be great if you sold a sampler box with a single serve of each current flavour. While I know most of the flavours myself I refer you guys to a lot of friends. A regular comment I get it that they would love to try all the flavours first before buying in 1kg lots. I would also buy a couple of sampler boxes to have around home and give away to friends

    • +2

      Thanks for the support @mitchfrost!

Great idea in relation to the sample box. I will be taking note of this and discussing this with the team. We've have had some similar suggestions from others too.

We have recently been upping our sample game by expanding the range, but we recently sold out as we had to put 100% focus onto preparing for this promotion due to our limited resources. Once we get through this, we will be getting the samples back in stock and seriously considering some type of box just as you have suggested.

      Thanks again!

      Jay

      • Thanks Jay, that sounds amazing and I will definitely be picking up a few sample boxes if you decide to release them in the future!

        Keep up the amazing work

  • Thanks Jay and the team at Amino Z! I love that you guys are always listening to us customers and constantly improving your products based on our feedback. I was going to mention the pouch situation as a lot of my zippers broke within a week of opening them but I guess someone already reported this and you guys already made appropriate correction to them. I just bought 5 kgs of WPI once again! My two top fav flavours are the Choc Malt and Taro Ice-cream! Thanks for doing what you guys do best!

    • +1

      Thanks @morningmsdaisy!

I'm sorry about that experience you had with the old pouches. The new ones are significantly better, but of course if you run into any problems please feel free to reach out to the team and we'll make good on our end.

Thanks for the very kind words and the support of our business!

      Jay

  • How long is shipping? Metro Sydney.

    • From my experience (living on the other side of Sydney) usually takes 1-2 days. Very quick.

    • @itzSTARSCREAM with our current dispatch times it should take 1-2 days to arrive as @penguiniman has said. There is a smaller possibility of being up to 3 days if our warehouse begins to fall behind with the very high order volumes.

      Jay

      • Thanks ordered 3kg!

        • Thanks for the order @itzSTARSCREAM!

          Jay

  • Awesome wanted to get some to try, been having bulk nutrients for last couple of years.

    • Thanks @Cohey, I really appreciate you giving us a go. I hope you like our product!
