I’ve always wondered about this Mobil version because there’s no mention of it being synthetic on the container.

  Yeah its only rated MB229.3 (which is full of semi synthetics), whereas Mobil 1 0W-40 is MB229.5 which is a much tougher test to pass.

wonder what it’s like compared to castrol edge ? I used to use mobile 1 but it’s very expensive so switched to castrol edge. the word synthetic seems to be on so many oils now, guess sustainable will be next word they add.
