are the gummies or tablets more convenient than the powders?
Not with the amount you would need to take to get a proper dose. That's also a very subjective question - it might be more convenient for you but not for others so…?
Did you mean to ask something else (like effectiveness etc)? It seems incredibly self evident that it's far more convenient to chew a gummy than it is to measure out a quantity of powder, dissolve that powder into water and then drink a whole glass of water!
Either way you're consuming the same active ingredient so I wouldn't imagine they differ in effectiveness, and gummies are far more expensive than the powder so I'd personally not use them.
You can get Vital Strength Creatine 300g for $15.50 at Woolies this week also.

I found a old container that I forgot about. Has been opened and think the expury date is like 2 months back. Should I buy a new one or can I still use that?
Will my Mum think I'm on steroids if I take this?
