Fedex (Standard) - $77
Residential address pricing includes applicable carrier surcharges for bulky goods
To Victoria. Their stores are in Qld only.
To Sydney
Fedex (Business:Standard)
$72.00
Fedex (Residential:Standard)
$148.00
Why does it cost more than double to ship to a residential address??
In less convenient / lower demand areas
Won't last long
I'm after one that will last at least 5 years.
Any recommendations?
Sony, White light is better than blue light samsungs, lg and the rest
Do you mean white balance in the picture on these?
Sony X90L
Or LG/Sony OLEDs if budgets allow
Last two sonys just made it out of warranty sadly. They used to make such good products
I think Sony's warranty is only 12 month… are you for real?
Majority of manufactures offer the same warranty period.
12 months is just a placeholder/default time period, you can still get your TV repaired years after the "warranty" period runs out.
@howcan: Yeah they just hope people don't realise that
i had my two sony's for over 5 years still going strong just bought another 75" can't beat the sony picture.
My Sony Bravia bought in 2012 still working fine. Just wanted a bigger screen so replaced it last year.
@sidozziee: I'm still loving my 55HX850. 14 years old and going well.
I've had one 7 years and no problems at all. Has been handed down to my daughter for her bedroom and still going strong. Paid a bit over 600 for it in one of those eBay 20% sales that used to happen plus a good guys discount. Normal price at the time was over $1k.
This is the commercial tv. Unsure of drawbacks compared to standard retail
Edit… Android 10 only. No Google TV despite incorrect description
Great seller then, really trustworthy indeed. /s
what is google tv? streaming service ?
The operating system.
If it's a digital signage model, the panel should be rated for 16 hours a day operation, longevity should be better. If the smart TV functions are reduced, get an Apple TV or NVIDIA Shield - better in the long run anyway.
I'm sure compromises would need to have been made for the 16hr rating
Was $1195 recently
Thanks OP. Been waiting for a good/cheap 55-60", but pulled the trigger on this. Under $1200 delivered including 5 year extended warranty.
PS. Don't forget 1.4% at shopback.
This vs the Samsung 65" Q95T QLED Smart 4K TV (2020) $999 deal a week ago
.hmm? And how long each ll last…thought hdr not as long as qled
Can’t comment which one will last longer, but the Q95T is the better TV between the two.
https://www.rtings.com/tv/tools/compare/sony-x80k-x80ck-vs-s…
Yeah it's not even close either. Samsung's long term reliability is a worry, but the local dimming of the Q95T (Amongst other things) makes such a huge difference.
thought hdr not as long as qled
HDR is not a panel technology, it's a way of having dynamic brightness for scenes.
Could you use this as a pc monitor 🤔
you could, doesn't mean you wanna
Just like most of TVs.
Just a word of caution; while the specs and picture list 65", the description refers to it as 55".
Clearly the specs and model number take precedence over any minor typo.
That ring stand looks flimsy AF.
Is it worth buying?
Yes
Wonder if retail will price match this
Good price!
