I’ve found that they don’t taste great with still water but with soda/sparkling water is fab.

I would agree with this. I would also add that some flavours seem to need a lot more syrup than others to get to the expected taste. Fruit Tangle for instance needs a lot more than Pine Lime to mirror the tastes of the premixed drinks.

What do you drink it with? Do you mix it with the alcohol? Sorry, noob here trying to justify the purchase to myself.
I just drink it on its own. It’s a more subtle but more complex flavour than coke. Less sweet, so more soda flavour. It’d probably be a waste to mix it whiskey/rum as it’d mask the flavour.

BWS clearing the 2023 advent calendars, picked up the calendar for half price $79.90 rather than $160
I put in an order yesterday when most of the products were out of stock. Last night I had a look again and most products were back in stock. Contacted Billsons to adjust my order before it was shipped and they told me they can't do changes. Don't think I'll be ordering again.
Same happened to me - unfortunately customer service has gone a bit down hill.
Previously this had happened and the customer service rep organised the change with the warehouse before it was shipped which was great.
Obviously there's no obligation for them to do a change after order, but it's the extra customer service that always leaves a good impression for repeat business.
