  The Good guys have been terrible with after service for an HP laptop that has had problems. I don't recommend

      They have both been terrible unfortunately. Previously HP were fine for a different laptop repair but this time both GG & HP have been hopeless

        A few years ago, I purchased a Spectre 360 laptop. After the warranty period ended, I complained about overheating issues. The company ended up refunding my money instead of fixing the issue. I had bought the laptop from JB, and they sent me an email that I took to JB to get my refund.

  Anyone else having this issue? When I add any two items to cart I get an error saying there are no stores within 500km available for pick up. If I have either item in cart separately its no issue and will let me do pick up from the same store, but as soon as I had more than one item no luck. The individual items are <$200 so i can't place two separate orders. Annoying if I have to pay the $12 delivery charge when the items are both in stock 2 minutes away.
