Prices?
edit: Can you also link to the hard drive models?
I believe there are two models on offerAll 24" are $199
27" are $299Thanks
Drives are Toshiba or Buffalo 1TB USB 3.0 2.5"
you can choose either, i think
I'm not sure if any of those monitors are that great.
Has anyone had any experience with these monitors? Is Centrecom trying to get rid of these monitors because they weren't able to sell them?
They're all
-16 :9
-TN panels
-1920*1080 stretched over 27"I'll let you draw your own conclusion. You get what you pay for
damn, you gave me a conclusion.
I was hoping to draw my own conclusion that involved a entourage of princess leia imitators (re -ROTJ - Jabba's skiff) and me.
Don't forget Princess Leia's coke nail :P
The one I'm looking at (Samsung 27") isn't bad afaik, and I've been quite happy with my Samsung monitors, reviews I've seen were positive for the <$350 bracket. 2ms response. HDMIx2, 1920x1080 native res. etc. Lowest price on StaticIce is $285 so you'd be looking at $35 for the ext HD including an approx $20 delivery.
Not sure, I'd say end of line stock clearance.
i did a staticice on the first Samsung monitor - $160 at a place in carlingford. So if you are in the market for a monitor and you could use some portable storage, you could do a lot worse than pay $39 for 1TB USB 3.0
edit: LG is $165 at arc computers at silverwater so 1TB drive costs $34 effectively on that one
Acer is $158 at arc so that will cost you $41 for the driveSamsung 27" is $285 at arc so basically only paying $14 for the 1TB
Lg 27" - worst value of the lot - $239 at msy so the drive will cost $60.now that I've done the math on them all I am seriously considering the LG one even though I don't even want a 24" monitor :)
Thanks for the price edit Scotty
Anyone elso out there having problems returning a faulty product to CentreCom. If so please PM me. It appears that they (CentreCom) refuse to refund for faulty products outside 14 days. Currently have the ACCC investigating CentreCom for this clear breach of the law and we'd like to hear from anyone else who has been affected.
Toshibas' all sold out it seems, just the buffalo left.
Looks like I was wrong, its disappeared as an option online, but they are having the same deal instore. Picked up a sammy 27" and they gave me a toshiba hdtb110ak3ba
you've gone to the effort to post links so why not post prices?
