Our offering is a wet processed (washed), high-grade coffee bean that is deeply dimensioned yet well-balanced, with mellow yet broad flavors that provide a bright and clean taste – a classic, delicate sweetness complemented by an exotic, complex, and fruity aroma.
Roasted light to medium exhibits the following cupping notes: Creamy, silky body, sparkling apple juice-like bright acidity, sweetening as it cools with stone fruit, and chocolate flavours with yogurt-like tangy mouth feel.
Nicaragua
This is a fully washed, well-balanced coffee with a great aroma and light acidity. Medium-bodied, flavourful, with a slightly different taste than other classic Central American coffees. Cupping Notes: Low to Medium Acidity and Body, with Rich Milk Chocolate, Hazelnut and Vanilla Notes. Think Nutella
