  I have received 100GB now with total 116GB, yay! Not sure what triggered it but i accidently closed the browser and had to log back in, and then there it was!

    Did you have to use Hybrid Backup Sync and set up a proper NAS?

    I've signed up for the promo and went into https://www.myqnapcloud.com/u#/cloud_storage and dropped a file in it, but haven't completely set up QNAP yet

      yes i was already using HBS to back up to google drive, i just had to create a new cloud space with myqnapcloud, and created a dummy backup job. Now i'm using the expanded cloud storage already for some actual backups.

  setup a back up job for a 11KB doc

    Did you actaully upload a file? It needs something uploaded to activate the bonus. Mine becamse available shortly after uploading after waiting several days and seeing nothing.

      Yeah uploaded a file and it got success on it. Logged ticket for qnap back in Feb and they said it would be there day after. It haven't.
