The $3.75 sharpie cannot be delivered with onepass but can be delivered if I pay the $9.95 postage. Got the metallic one with onepass.
I ordered the $3.75 coloured pack plus the $1.25 twin black pack with free delivery. Looks like the $3.75 pack is only available c&c now.

Seriously beginning to regret that $20 onepass deal, the few things i've tried to buy with it have all been the (profanity) same.
Onepass free delivery isn’t available for “clearance” items at least from Target.
Go to OW then and get an extra 5% off pricebeat.
FYI, Target are clearing out a bunch of stuff so these markers are heavily discounted in store - just got to try your luck! I've bought 3x 12 packs at around $4 each - 2x multi-colours and 1x gold/silver/brown.
C&C only option showing for me now but may vary on your location

We constantly compare Amazon Australia's prices to our competitors' prices to make sure that our prices are as low or lower than all relevant competitors. As a result, we don't offer price matching
I think they are referring to Amazon matching the Target price on the Amazon website automaticlly (but have since run out of stock at the special matched price).
