I like peach, but rosa is just too good
These new flavors have less caffeine than the original.
160mg for original, 140mg for rosa.
They just don't make it like they used to
Peach is a new flavour and still has 153mg. Basically every flavour is 150-160mg except Rosa lol.
How is red bull comparing to this? I believe that this must be stronger considering 140mg caffeine.
White monster is 160mg and gold is 155mg. The 473ml Red Bull (why) is 151mg.
That being said, I find Monster works better on me than Red Bull. Probably due to it having Ginseng and Guarana too.
Hope you don't drink daily. That's loads of caffeine:):):) It could be good for an intense workout.
So many people drink more then 2 coffees a day and that has 80mg of caffeine for a single shot
Funnily enough people were never concerned when I had a Dare/Ice Break lol which has 305mg caffeine
A flat white from Starbucks has more caffeine than what's allowed in energy drinks in comparable size. Even it's smallest size has 125mg, and many people have more than one coffee per day, or request a double shot.

I once met someone who drank up to 6 cans of Mother/Monster (500ml) a day. Full sugar variety too. Her teeth were atrocious.
Damn that's a lot of energy consumption per day. I'm sure her internal organs are probably not much better.

So you're using the energy drinks to get you energy to work out? What if you don't drink can you still workout?
Not to work out, just to go harder/longer, pumps me up a bit combined with music. It's more a case of needing more to get the same effect, and if I'm using this much, I'm sure there are people who drink far more given I'm rather conservative.

Guys just a little comment about the monster:
i used to be a heavy drinker of the white and even more of the pink! my teeth started getting holes on their sides, the dentist fixed them and said it was caused by the acidity from the monster, and that the sugar free version was even worse! i since then never drank monster again obviously! just putting that out there cos i know how good the pink tastes!
