I'm not falling for that again.

    • Fool me once, fool me twice, shut up and take my money!

      • +1

Free pizza me once, free pizza me twice, eat up and call me fatty?

  • +1

lol. another one! what is this deal best scenario for this time ? like last one a domino buy one get one voucher with under $16.66 paid with westpac card ?

    • +2

$20 paid using a Westpac card if one wants no out of pocket

      • +1

although there is a bit of confusion atm…the email says $10, and the app shows $15…the website shows nothing at all for WP

      • I don't understand how $20. Cap of $15 at 100% it seems from title?

  • +3

there will be public holiday surcharge unless you’re ordering ahead.

    • seems to have a Sunday surcharge now as well…..that's new. The Dominos one mentioned not valid for the surcharge etc, but nothing mentioned in this Pizza Hut deal. I assume we do get this covered? (hoping, anyway)

      • +1

I can confirm Sunday/public holiday surcharges for pizza hut aren't covered by the cashback value. So best to order for another day like tomorrow or be prepared to pay the surcharge

        • -1

they should really put that in the T&C for PH cashback. I did the order for Tuesday night instead. When did PH start charging a surcharge for a Sunday? I don't remember seeing that before.

          • @souths123: Surcharge is listed in cashback exclusions, for as long as I can remember

          • @souths123: They do put it in the T&Cs

These items are not eligible for Cashback:

            Sunday & Public Holiday surcharges

And when did they start charging a surcharge, it's always been a thing for as long as I remember considering domino's does it too. It wasn't a recent addition

  • +2

Probly not gonna do another one of these unless/until I get the cashback from the last one I tried. Don't think I've had a problem with shopback before, but this time the Pizza Hut cashback didn't come through when supposed to and I've hit 'enquire' to chase it up but nothing so far

    • +1

The westpac bonus did not come back automatically for me twice. I had to raise it, it took a while, but, it tracked at the end

  • +2

Ahhh pizza… that quintessentially colonial foodstuff. Way better than witchetty grubs — that’s for sure

  • +2

This doesn’t help with the new year resolutions

  • +1

Is the $15 Westpac bonus targetted? Mine's only showing bonus Westpac capped at $10.

    • +3

IDK, mine showing as $15…yeah, I see what you mean….the email says capped at $10, there is nothing showing for PH on the Westpac section of the website, but in the app it is showing as $15……..so, a bit confusing

      • Confusing, who knows if Westpac's cap is actually $10 or $15. Before clicking through from ShopBack app it says "Reward capped at $10.00 per purchase, redeemable 1 times". After clicking through, it says "50% bonus Cashback (capped at $15)" (via Westpac logo next to Cashback Info).

        • true, the only place it says $15 is on the challenge title. everywhere else is $10.

in the end, it doesn't matter if you order <=$20 to maximise it

  • +4

I have sent a message through to GYB about the confusion with the Wespac bonus max amount….the email says $10, the app shows $15, the website nothing at all under Westpac for PH

  • Tried to pre order for Tuesday and can’t seem to find 2 for 1? No longer available?

    • +1

hit the pizza hit logo on the top left and then it should show up on the main page

  • -1

Does anyone know if st George card works as well?

    • +4

Eligible Westpac debit and credit cards include most
Westpac branded consumer debit and credit cards. Westpac
business debit cards and Westpac business credit cards are
currently not eligible for Westpac bonus Cashback offers

Doubt it, as it's not westpac branded.

  • +3

Confusing AF. @gotyourback App shows 50% Westpac bonus (cap is $10), but website section for Westpac doesn't show anything. Will this be honoured?

    • Same here. Just wanted to order but I can't find the Westpac bonus on the website.

    • +1

Hey mate, yep this was valid for 50% Cahsback + 50% Bonus Cashback via Westpac Lounge. Looks like just an error that this wasn't displayed in the Westpac section but confirming the app was correct.

  • Does tracking take longer this time? Ordered a couple of hours ago, not tracked yet (in the past, used to be within 15 mins)

    • +1

It's always there the next day for me, so I don't bother checking any sooner anymore. Shopback seems to take longer than others.

      • Spot on, tracked around 5.25am this morning. Better than Domino that still didn't track I guess

  • Didn't feel like waiting until Tuesday for the 2 for 1 but still wanted to avoid the holiday fees so I went for the 2 for $19 deal. Lunch sorted for Tomorrow!

    • I wanted to go for that but I can't see it on ShopBack's approved coupons, did you see it somewhere?

      • There was no coupon required, I just clicked on the banner. In my experience all deals whether it's 2 for 1 Tuesdays or $1 Wing Wednesdays are eligible for cashback. Best to shoot GYB a DM for confirmation.

  • +1

Order 24 wings for the coming Wednesday.

  • +1

    anyone tracked today?

    • +1

Nope, that'll be 2 dominos and 1 PH order not tracked in the last few days, never had this before.
Ordered at 1:25pm for PH though, so still early.

      • I had the issue with Domino ordered a few days ago as well.

  • Does the 2 for $19 deal work for 100% cashback? I can't see it listed on ShopBack's approved coupons

    • +1

It's not a coupon, just a deal so should work.

  • Shopback and WP good to 12 tonight ?

  • Do you get a confirmation email for future orders?

    • Yes.

      • Strange. Checked out as guest for tomorrow lunch but didn’t receive any emails.

        • +1

That happens from time to time.
Head office can resend the order confirmation email if its needed for a failed tracking on cashback.

      • Ta

  • +1

    awe-sum

Used hut3021 to get 3 pizza + 3 sides delivered. Then I'll probably freeze one of the pizzas for later, as frozen pizza is now just as expensive as buying it fresh.

  • Thanks ordered 2 orders again as usual, both within the $10 limit as per their website. I went on safe side (only went to $10 cap instead of $15 unlike title of this deal).

  • +4

Tracked at for $10 Westpac instead of $15

    • +1

same $5 loss.. plus $5 holiday surcharge!

  • +3

Normal Cashback tracked but westpac did not track

    • +1

      same

    • +1

Same. I should have known better. Westpac also didn't track last time for Pizza Hut.

    • +1

same, it happened to me for the transaction on 3 Nov. then it took about 1.5 months to get the additional back

    • +1

Same, l told myself last time not again, but l did.

  • +1

Tracked at 100% but listed on different days, hopefully it won't mess up the confirmation of anything.

  • +1

Cashback and Westpac bonus both tracked after about 9 hours.

  • +2

Mine also tracked hours later at $10 cap for both cashbacks instead of $10 + $15 for the Westpac bonus as it should be

    • +1

      Same here.

      • me 2. I sent them an email via chat. we shall see.

    • Hmmm, this is confusing, I'm unsure what's gone wrong here but investigating with the Westpac team to see if I can get some clarity ASAP.

      • Please let us know your finding.

      • Westpac didn’t track for me as well. Any luck from WP?

        • Hey mate, have updated here.

      • Hey all, so it looks like the deal post was incorrect, the cap for the Westpac Bonus was $10, not $15. It looks like it was labelled as a $10 cap in all but one spot in the app haha where one of our staff has made a mistake in not updating the cap in the label for the Challenge. Happy to help users get this corrected as this was our mistake, shoot me a message if your Westpac Bonus has tracked but at $10 instead of $15 and I'll get this amended.

        • PM you please help

  • +1

    Pizza Hut tracked $10 + $10 overnight

Still no Dominos tracking though :(

  • +1

Got standard tracking but no Westpac bonus. Used it for the Domino's one in app earlier in the week no problem. Only difference here is I used the webpage. Any issues with Westpac tracking using the app?

    • Same here, Dominos tracked with no issues, but not for Pizza Hut :(

  • Well Westpac bonus didn't track again, time to spend another 2 months in a long conversation with support. Did eventually get the money last 2 times though

  • Mine tracked after 5 hours, Westpac after 10 hours

  • +1

only normal cashback but westpac bonus did not track

  • westpac again did not track ?? normal one tracked for both orders.

Westpac track has some serious issues man, waited enough time for it to track.

    • Yeah what do we do about that? Can't really report missing cashback as the click goes through to the normal tracking.

      • you normally have to email their team " [email protected] " each time for these sort of missing westpac bonuses, because they are the only ones who can add it, check it, confirm it manually.

They may ask your details for it, like
order email, card used (first 6, and last 4 numbers), and if it was VISA/MASTERCARD (IDK why they need it because they can just take that from first 4 numbers of the card), and screenshot of using the westpac card.

then they send info to their back end team ?? or westpac team or IDK which team honestly, they confirm it and report back to the person you emailed to, then that agent emails you back with result (or another Shopback agent emails about result)

    • +1

Hey mate, sorry to hear this hasn't yet tracked for you, I have been finding Westpac tracking is taking an additional day or so to track according to users which is something I am flagging with the team, this particular delay could be down to public holidays impacting their processing time. If you've not yet received tracking come tomorrow afternoon, definitely reach out to our team via email at [email protected] so we can get this sorted for you, and let me know here so that I can track whether there are any issues.

      @shortgum @Fishballs @knobbs @Iluvfreebies-freeDel @kashirin @Obs @baron33 @johfac

      • @gotyourback another user here where the westpac portion has not tracked

      • Yeah still no bonus westpac tracking this afternoon @gotyourback

      • Hey mates, have flagged this with the team that manage Westpac, they can't see any issue with tracking the Westpac Bonuses for this particular promotions, so it seems that this is either a case-by-case issue here, or an issue that we don't have visibility on as yet. So we can investigate each case individually and get an idea of what might be occurring here, definitely reach out to us via email at [email protected] with the details here and our team will help get this resolved for you with Westpac.

        • Hi GYB, we made two orders. One tracked fully and the other the Westpac part didn't. The two orders were at different Pizza Hut restaurants. What I note is the correct one has description Pizza Hut "LOCATION" - classed as Restaurants & Dining by Westpac. The other one at a different store has a weird description BKT FAMILY TRUST - classed as Healthcare & Medical! Not sure if this is the issue but just noting the difference between the two. Thanks

  • +2

Think I'm going to cancel my orders rather than deal with failed tracking issues.
    2 dominos no tracking.
    2 PH no westpac tracking.

  • Nothing tracked for me.
@gotyourback - I've PM you, can you please assist?

    • Hey mate, I'll check your PM ASAP, just getting through a bit of backlog. I will say that if a purchase has not tracked, your best port of call is always a Missing Cashback claim via our app or website as I am usually not able to help individual orders that fail to track, I'm afraid! Will take a closer look ASAP.

      • Thanks. It's more because i haven't collected my order yet and i definitely would not get it if there was no cashback. I've never had a successful "missing cashback" claim for things that did not track at all. Usually they're $10 or less so I've not done anything, but this time it's $20 and money is tight these days.

And just to add, I had already submitted one yesterday

        • Can you really cancel online pizzahut order? Their FAQ says that online order cannot be cancelled. If you don't pick it up it is up to you bu your card has already been charged, isn’t it?

          • @Russ19: Not sure about that, but i assume you can cam the hotline to cancel it

  • Oh my god I just realised I forgot to track it!

  • It's so strange as we've put through the order on 26/1 via shopback using our Westpac Card, we didn't even receive a confirmation of order email. We did pick up our order though. Shopback has only tracked the first 50% cashback, didn't track the other 50% cashback from purchasing with Westpac Card.

I sent an email to shopback, they asked for the email confirmation email but I've never received one for this order which has never happened before.

Can any rep from Shopback assist us with this?

    Thanks
