  • Larger Lengths 5/10/20/50m will be uploaded tomorrow. large quantities Available

    • I notice there are a few more lengths added. Is that all or will there be a few more sizes? Cheers

  • What gauge are the Cat6a White SFTP Ultra Slim?

    • 28awg. Your not supposed to do any smaller wire guages like 30/32/34 because there is no standard for them

      • Will they still do 10G over 50m?

  • Silly question probably, but does the Cat6 UTP still guarantee 10Gbps? Also, are the clearance 305m rolls free shipping and are they stranded or solid core? Thanks :)

    • Under standards, cat6 is not supposed to do 10g however it will do 10g at short distances. Like it would be a maximum 55 meters for the whole link including cordage. You will never get the full 10g at 100m on cat6

Pull boxes are solid core and yes free shipping for any order over $50

      • Yeah sorry should have clarified the distance. It's for home runs and max distance is ~40m or so. It's just that cat6a would likely mean I need new boots, connectors, patch panels etc and the cost really sky rockets.

Thanks will put order through tomorrow when some of the longer cable lengths pop up too.

        • I'd still put in cat6a and then upgrade the rest later as required. I guess it depends on whether you're paying for the cabling and and how easy it is to do, but I wouldn't want to redo it if it was me. I actually regret not running fiber now…

  • Do you have those new terminating ends where you push the 8 wires though and they cut and press themselves?

    • We do not unfortunately. They are called EZ-RJ45 Plugs. We do not use them as they are banned for patch cord manufacturing. Cordage requires an encapsulated plug. The EZ-RJ45 plugs only have very limited uses in structures cabling as cablers are not allowed to make their own leads they can only terminate insitu cable
