What exactly is this and how can I get this plan?
reason for negs?
I was looking at this plan the other day, but after having it at the top of my list I decided I will go with Southern Cross 6 months for 30 bucks. It's only 2gb/month and the deal is only 6 months, but you are free to change any time. I don't think I need more than 2gb since it will be dedicated for the car's gps (waze), and some audio streaming, but not much else unless someone can think of soemthing else cool to do, like maybe track my car with it, or stream my dash came footage. If anyone hs any suggestions for either would be happy to hear from you
there is an $8 port out fee https://southern-phone-1.cdn.prismic.io/southern-phone-1/85c…
Is that legal?
Yeah no way that can be legal.
$10 SIM card replacement fee:
May be applied for a SIM card/eSIM replacement
$8 Port-out fee:
May be applied if you transfer your
mobile number to another provider.
$2.20 Paper bill fee:
Applies to each paper bill.
We prefer e-billing and think
you will too – it’s free of charge and
easy to set up.
$10 Late payment fee:
We may apply this if you don’t
pay a bill by the due date.
Running out of Boost…
me too. I have a feeling they're no longer cashbacking these this year.
Yep, Looks like the party is over.
i reckon the deals will pop up by the end of feb… of not, they’ve likely ended. We went a month without profit deals and thought they were gone for good but they came back
I honestly don't care too much about the profit part. The idea of having data for free is good enough for me
I use kogan (vodafone) and the 4g data connection has gone to the dogs so I use the boost sim for the 5g. Only got 2 left! More telecom has 3 months free if you have a CBA card.
Was $40
The 20GB 90-Day has been for $29 as long as I know catch mobile.
they increased the prices recently to $40
Yup, as announced in a previous deal
Need a low data plan for mum, she had barely used 10GB of her 120GB plan. After the 25GB bonus data, she has more data than she started with 10 months ago. :D
Buy this one then. Will be a good 90 day plan until you find something else.
I use this one often for my parents.
Will probably go with the Coles deal ($100/120GB) and not worry about it for a year.
Or wait another week, maybe 60GB will go on sale next.
I just went to coles and it says $125/120?
Anyone know how long we have to activate after purchase? Is it 30 days?
If anyone is interested, I have just messaged Catch and they said that the SIM can be activated anytime in the 24 months after purchase to get the 20GB for 90 days. The 30 days mentioned in the T&Cs is just included as part of their standard terms and relates to any plans that have bonus data. It does not apply to this plan as there are no extra inclusions.
That's pretty generous, might just snag one for later. Cheers for the legwork.
no eSIM from Catch Connect. I bought couple of $4 Lebara $SIM (original price $14.90) last month signal in my area is fine, guess for now I use Lebara.
How do activate your voicemail with Catch Connect?
I setup greeting message and a new pin buy anyone who is calling me won’t get to the voicemail only “user busy”
This deal has expired.
now avaliable via groupon
left tab open on the product page from few days ago saying $20
clicked, asked me to log in, expecting it to update to $40
Total Payable $20.00
%50.0 Off on $40 20GB 90 Day Plan $20.00
makes me think there might be some sort of developer tools, javascript trick to still get the discount? or maybe there is some sort of cookie unique to me that can only be used once remember what was on the initial unrefreshed page
regardless i guess there is no notable differences between buying it directly and on groupon
Remember to purchase via cashback sites
