I was able get t shirt after showing my Nike App with name and email. Seems pretty good for free shirt but like it said in the post it's only Large size.

So I just came to the store and showed the screenshot from this page.
The cashier just asked full name + email address for the t-shirt.
I told my friend to do the same and worked.
