$20 upsized referral deal starting now, until 31 Jan.
Use the referral randomiser to get a code. Referral codes need to be added to your account after you sign up (within 14 days of sign up).
You also need to invest a minimum of $10 within 14 days to receive the referral.
Fees have changed since the last increased referral promo - $2 per month, or no monthly fees on the first $100 invested (used to be $5000) but now there no reprieve from management fees. (0.50%/yr Spaceship Universe Portfolio, 0.50%/yr Spaceship Earth Portfolio, 0.15%/yr for Spaceship Origin Portfolio).
YMMV and caveat emptor etc. but I work in the startup tech sector and I wouldn't use Spaceship.
Spaceship are well covered in Reddit threads like this 1 or this 2 or ASIC placing a stop order or TrustPilot & ProductReview or APRA commenting on worst-performing funds
For me it comes down to the simple reasons of:

- Low rate of estimated return with length of investment required (min recommended is 7 years)
- Risk of increase ongoing in fees and changes in terms meantime (which they've certainly done in spades)
- Other matters that I can't speak publicly about but TL;DR management
