How to purchase and activate your plan

Add the Catch Connect Prepaid plan to your cart and complete check out.
You will receive your Catch Connect welcome email within 3 business days of you completing your catch.com.au cart.
Your SIM card will be dispatched to your delivery address and can take up to 8 days via regular mail.
Once your SIM has arrived, follow the instructions on the welcome letter to start setting up your Catch Connect account.

You must activate your chosen prepaid plan on catchconnect.com.au or on the Catch Connect App within 30 days of purchase or by the date advertised on the promotion (whichever is earlier). Additionally, you must activate your Catch Connect SIM card within 24 months of purchase, otherwise the SIM card will be cancelled and any credit associated with it will be forfeited. Not transferable or redeemable for cash. You must be aged at least 14 years to purchase a prepaid service with Catch Connect.

Coverage

Make sure your device is not locked to other networks. Coverage availability will vary depending on your device and location. Check coverage at catchconnect.com.au/coverage based on your address/location.

    • Basically 30 days.

      Sim card expires in 24 months and plan expires in 30 days. Is how I read it

    • It will be the same, they both use the Optus 4G network.

      • do you have personal experience with it? they've both bought out wholesale optus but coverage for catch connect is only slightly lower at 97%

  • I tried to buy it for $89 using OnePass but couldn't get cashback as well because the cashback sites link to Catch Connect but the OnePass $10 discount only seems available using the Catch website; on the Catch Connect checkout page there isn't anywhere to put in your OnePass details and so it was only available for $99 there.

      Got the same issue, but if you're using Samsung, these steps got it working for me.

      Phone app > Call Settings > Supplementary Services > Call forwarding. Click on each of 3 options "Forward when busy/unanswered/unreachable" then click Update.
