Game looks like it was ported from a smartphone app because it probably was, given that the developers show up on Google as "a game development company for smartphone and tablet devices".
Man…I thought how can you go wrong, free is free. But looking at the screenshots….I couldn't even add this to my library for free. It'd be like infecting yourself with genital herpes just because it didn't cost you anything :0 I can't down vote it though, free is free.

Yeah it's cool isn't it. Looks like a game from the early to mid 2000's by the visual quality.
Games from that era usually have exceptional game design and story plots despite their visual quality
Well the visuals kind of reminded me of the game Crazy Taxi. That's all.

I would pay the $7.37 and get Euro Truck Simulator 2 instead. Much better detail textures, physics model, all 50 expansion possibilities… actual 'in truck' view.

Is there any good sim where I can drive a car, not truck, in real towns, cities/ autobahn (with traffic - not the police sim)?

Lots of community support with mods. But not all quality is AAA quality.
I have no way of verifying if the roads are a 'real' copy of the actual road or not.
Can you imagine anyone more annoying than the reviewer on that page (keeping up a persona of Annoying Crow)?

If you like challenging truck games, I would recommend Snowrunner
I don't know what I like more, the tiger that's longer than the whole cab, or the truck race where you turn in to a biplane. Just because you can, doesn't mean you should
Don't waste your time with these low quality games. If you want a truck driving game, go for Euro Truck Simulator 2, or American Truck Simulator (same games company, basically same game with different equipment, cities, etc).
I downloaded for my toddler because all the nfs games have so much swearing in them.
But this game is a rip off at free.
Even if the price jumps to $50 next month, I wouldn't feel any FOMO given the game's quality
