Desktop purchase tracked at like wrong date, wrong $ amount ($0.90) with no westpac bonus. (it was a pre-order for tuesday with 50% of discounted tuesdays)
then this desktop puchase disappeard from my Shopback account. (I still have email from shopback on this saying $0.90 tracked). However in actual account now even this $0.90 tracking disappeared ?? like as if it never came out.
Placed 2 orders 1 tracked the other hasn't, same thing as the last Shopback Domino's promo back in November 1 tracked the other didn't. Shopback and Domino need to resolve this tracking problem otherwise less and less will take the chance next time, we can't all be stuffing up ordering.
But if l can give some confidence to the people whose orders didn't tracked l raised a missing cashback claim for the November promo and the claim just got approved today. Hopefully the next claim will get passed also but it shouldn't be a continuing problem.My wife made a claim on her missing cashback from 8th Dec Deal, email was recieved and status was showing investigating.

When there's no straight answer on its site, "call to cancel" is pretty much the way. Some businesses don't offer easy online cancellation for cost, logistic reasons.

@hanofee: Hey mate, Cashback will track as "calculating" when the claim is pending and will track at the correct amount once confirmed by the merchant. This should be resolved for your shortly, we just are often waiting on Domino's to resolve these claims. I've flagged internally that there are some tracking troubles with Domino's, these are likely some growing pains as they're still relatively new to ShopBack but still well worth investigating where possible. @gotyourback: Thanks, I tried the most recent one too (on 24/01), same thing, not tracked, raised the missing cashback and showing as calculating. The problem is the 24/01 was 40% shopback + 60% westpac, and we couldn't even raised missing cashback for the westpac part?
@hanofee: Hey mate, apologies I missed your comment. Sorry to hear of the ongoing trouble, I have raised with the team that Domino's are seeing a higher than normal rate of missing tracking, and this is being investigated with Domino's to get this fixed for future upsizes.
As for any pending claim, definitely submit missing Cashback claims for any that have failed to track, once the tracking is approved by Domino's, we will be able to get the Westpac portion sorted as well via the same email thread from your original claim.
If your original tracking has come through but not the Westpac portion, shoot us an email at [email protected] and we can reach out to Westpac to get that sorted there.

Looks like there was a Shopback backend update which added the tracking for my purchase for 3rd of Jan about 23 hrs ago.
My submitted claim got rejected, which is fine, but the Shopback email I received about 3 hrs ago was a generic email which in this situation was very confusing and misleading. Shopback's email says my claim got rejected because the Domino's transaction was not tracked accurately due to blah blah reasons on my end. Would have been better if the email said my claim got rejected because the transaction's tracking got added via their backend update and the missing cashback claim is no longer needed!
I got this too. Not sure what is happening . It is a complete mess. I cannot even view my Cashback history on SB.

However in my app there's a notification saying it was tracked but when I go to view my cashback history it there's an error.

@Iluvfreebies: Hey all, just letting anyone know if you see a rejected line as well as a tracked line for a Missing Cashback claim you've made, this is typical for the process. The original line added to your account for your claim will track as a record of the claim, and once approved will be replaced with a new tracking line with the correct Cashback amount and the original line will be rejected.
If your cashback was rejected meaning you do not have a new line to replace with the correct Cashback amount, do reach out via DM and I will take a closer look for you.

@gotyourback: just checked my account, there is one rejected line and one pending line so that might be the case, its just that i received a rejected email that made me think it was rejected, i will wait and see, if it doesnt track i cant be bothered fighting for it this time, but to be fair to ShopBack, all the claims that i have had been rejected on in the past, once a missing cashback complaint was lodged(sometimes i had to fight a bit harder and longer than other times)all indiscrepancies were eventually ruled in my favour, so although mistakes do happen, the staff at ShopBack have always done very good in my eyes, and @gotyourback from what i can tell seems to be a great ShopBack rep for the OzBargain community

I also disappointingly received a rejected cashback email relating to this 100% CB offer. I used the ShopBack app and paid using WP CC for the bonus 10% (paid online, not in store). My order cart was empty prior to clicking through from ShopBack. If it makes any difference, I preordered for a later day. Honestly there have been enough untracked orders on multiple occasions that ShopBack should suspend advertising Domino's CB until these ongoing tracking problems are resolved once and for all.
I had also used the SB app to order and still got rejected.
Got the dreaded rejected message on my missing cashback and then this response from my email
"I've looked into our partner's system and found the reason your claim was rejected is that your orders were not attributed to ShopBack. There are a few reasons this could happen, you may have clicked on banners in the merchant site or you have opened another affiliate link after clicking from ShopBack.
Hence it attributed to another marketing channel under the merchant side instead of ShopBack."
So the question is, did you actually click somewhere else?
Where else would you want to click other than ordering pizza. Not like they got ads
