Got one of these ages ago, used the actual unit once, used the stainless trays and lids a hell of a lot by themself though.
The 3 buffet warmer are a standardised size to get metal lids from a kitchen supply shop too. Buy a few spare trays while you're at it, to speed up prep.

Their buffet meal is like corn, stuffed capsicum and asparagus. Looks like a sh*t meal to me.. 😅
These sort of look like the things take-away places use to keep saucey food warm. Might be good for that use.
Also, what did you mean by serving? I've never seen a waiter bring one of these bad boys out to my table.. 😅
