[PC, EA] EA Holiday Sale: Anthem $1.49 (95% off); Star Wars Squadrons $2.49; NFS Heat $4.49 @ EA

90

There are some very high discounts on reasonably new games. It is best to purchase EA games from EA since no matter where you purchase therm from, they all have EA drm (except for the old titles on GoG like Mirror's Edge and Dragon Age 1).

      Says $8.99 for me

it's the same price on steam so why bother with epic :)

      • 10% cashback, also have a 33% off coupon.

        • -1

coupon doesn't apply to games under $22.99

          • @Kozhutki: I'm buying other things too. I'm here combining multiple discounts across multiple sites in multiple currencies and you think I wouldn't know the details of the discount when it says it in the cart?

            • -2

@BoltThrower: we're talking about a single game champ, not a cart of games

              • @Kozhutki: You can talk about what you like in your comment thread. You're replying to me and asking about MY purchasing decision.

          where do you get coupon?

    • Just a question, does purchasing from Epic Store mean you need to have both launchers open in order to play the game?

Or does only having EA App open will be enough?

games same price on steam, you can buy on steam license key works on EA so you don't need to launch via steam, also randomly launching via steam years down the track will update all your achievements on steam

same for ubisoft games, hate epic launcher but their promos are much better

buy via epic, never play via epic

haven't tried for a while but presume nothing has changed with either platform

    • So if you buy Battlefield 2042 from Epic, you can just launch it directly from EA App later on, without needing both launchers open at the same time?

  • Any idea how EA games go when on Steam Deck (with the drum launcher)

I think I bought Anthem for $5 and then forgot it existed

    • +1

I got it for $4 and never played it. So I know that feeling.

      • saved a few bucks because i have half a million freebie games i never play either.

  • EA SPORTS™ WRC : Standard Edition $29.99
