    Historically, all of my BWS purchases have tracked, through the app.

    I've made 4 purchases this time around 5pm but still no tracking yet. Will update when it tracks. If it doesn't, will cancel the orders in a day or two.

    • I made 18 lol wrote them all down any that wont track ill be able to know which to cancel

    BWS tracking used to be quick, but j noticed the last few orders take a day.

    They've always come through this.

      As long as i can remember zero alcohol products have always been excluded.

    • It does track just longer than usually it’s inconvenient Ofc but I don’t collect till I get the email

      • Yep like many others mine also tracked overnight. Seems that's the new normal for BWS/Shopback.

    This happened last deal, no one received tracked til the next day I think.

    As I said, use to be I stand but maybe with the combined Westpac cashback it's been much slower.

    4.21 am and i got an email saying it tracked, to my surprise. So took about 12 hours.

    • I had two transactions so two tracking emails. They can through around 5:20am AEDT. I ordered about 9pm so about 9 hours later for me.

        i used the app it pop opens the bws website on the app. Then once i finish for each purchase I exit the pop up website then reorder through the shopback I use the browser to check if my click is tracked and then its allg

          My last three BWS orders haven't been tracked using desktop Chrome (this method used to work perfectly).

          19 tracked orders is a definitive case study that the SB app and web pop-up is the way to go.

          • @ash2000: the bws site is garbage tried to use it prior to track it ends up loading perpetually despite taking my money so cancelled order and did it through the app is what seems to work for me

                • @StarPlatinum: Yes, my order was for click and collect, so I never actually collect unless I have tracking confirmation. On this occasion I cancelled this morning.

                  Whilst the order confirmation page never successfully loaded I did get a confirmation email that the order went through.

      Most of the time tracking doesn’t occur due to BWS sites it’s not technically shopback fault.but the shit interface BWS has is what causes the headaches

      Cancel it, not worth the hassle. Shopback is horrible with rectifying this.

    My missing cashback request just got rejected.

    This is disgusting behaviour from Shopback, I have done cashback hundreds of time and there is zero reason why this shouldnt have tracked.
