  How does this compare with Samsung Q990?

  My WAF is very low. She wouldn't even accept an Aldi Bauhn 2.1 sound bar. The WAF is a tiny BT speaker tucked far away that cannot be seen. So if i worry about it, i might as well get a portable DVD player with headphone (which was what I did for 7 years until both kids started school).

  Current set up in the living room is just a tiny 49" TV normally covered by a drape that she made.

  But I built a mancave during covid so I can do whatever I want now as that's my space, not hers.

  The 7.1.4 JBL Bar 1000 is just $888.
  This model is much better but the price difference is huge.

  I shall wait for better deals.

  I suppose normal folks cant get into Good Guy Commercial to buy this.
