  • Showing $73.87 when choosing AU$ on the page and also roughly the same price on ebay

    • Don't set overseas websites to AUD or letting PayPal do the conversion unless you want to be ripped off. A card without currency conversion fees set to USD in PayPal will get you the current exchange rate, i.e. $70.53.

Those two eBay listings aren't giving me free shipping nationwide either. One quotes $22 and the other $16. Naturally Sydney is free of course.

I meant that's what showing on their website in AU$ similar to this previous post (US$46.99 or ~A$73.54). Good for it to be cheaper btw.

I found a few deals on ebay one with $3.5 and one with $6.5 standard shipping but both are very low in stock. I'm very tempted to pull one.

This product does not support MIJIA APP control!

Any comments and experiences one the product?

        • Interestingly the previous post was the 3L version. This one doesn't work with the Xiaomi app as it's not one of the smart ones that allows phone control.

          • @Clear: Yeah exact same price and kinda confused me first place

But is it Uncle Roger approved?

  • Which Xiaomi Rice cookers are smart app controlled? I'm looking for a replacement to my aging 4L IH

    • How old is yours?

      • Hmmmm probs since 2019?

I'm curious to understand how is the age relevant ?

I think I paid like 200-250ish and it's smart app controlled. It's not like the C1 rice cookers…

I use the timer feature and control via app

My Cuckoo rice cooker is almost 6 years old.
Used 3 to 4 times per week.
It looks like brand new, it works like brand new.

"Xiaomi rice cookers are aging fast" - note taken.

          • @SickDmith: @SickDmith I would buy another Xiaomi rice cooker to use the Smart app feature. The plastic body is starting to feel brittle, and the words/letters and smearing off from the top.

I didn't realise that Cuckoo also have a smart app?

            What model do yo have?

            • @db2k: CRP-DHSR0609F
But it doesn't have the app.
The smartness is in the cooker itself. :)

              • @SickDmith: :')

Was looking for one at the Xiaomi Store in Mongkok y'day and they only sell the 3L IH

I use the app and smart features to present cook times, control when it cooks etc so I can be home and have it ready made

  • Says $170

    • Did you select the AU warehouse?
